These Terms govern your use of the GARD mobile application and related services provided by Gardex Technologies LLC. By using GARD you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a GARD account. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18 and have legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your family members.
GARD is designed for lawful family safety purposes only. You agree to use GARD only to monitor and protect family members for whom you have legal authority — your minor children or elders in your care. You may not use GARD to monitor adults without their explicit consent.
GARD offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
You may not use GARD to monitor individuals without legal authority; to stalk, harass, or harm any person; to violate any applicable law; or to circumvent any technical measures we implement.
GARD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect all threats. Family safety requires multiple layers of protection beyond any single application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gardex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GARD.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
